2 visits to the Capitals airport, named Noi Bai, in February 2012. Its surprisingly small - small enough that everything on the move can be seen from the outside. No views from the inside, until into the departure lounge where panorama's can be gained from the upper level by the VIP lounge.
February is winter in North Vietnam with weather to match. Misty, murky conditions didn't make for the best in photography but nonetheless here is an overview of what's about during a few hours mid week at Noi Bai. Photography isn't a problem (wasn't for me anyway) generating more curiosity than concern, even when pointed at the air force base!
